Holiday Craft Faire Details
The Holiday Craft Faire is a fun way for Egan students to learn about making and selling a product while earning money for themselves and the Egan School Library. The Faire is held in the Egan multi. Customers for the Faire are Egan students, teachers, and parents, as well as visiting 6th graders from the LASD elementary schools. This event is a craft faire, and your product must be handmade or homemade. Any store bought or ordered items must be customized or personalized to be accepted. No off the shelf store bought items are allowed (such as candy bars). Food products are popular, so there is a lot of competition. It is better to make something unique that stands out from the crowd!!
Booths are assigned on a random basis. All lotteries and registration will take place in front of the school. A $20 fee is required for all booths. There are a limited number of booths with access to an electrical outlet. These booths will be assigned using a lottery.
Registration process:
Electrical Lottery forms will be accepted between November 1 and November 4 - pick up the lottery form from the office, complete and turn in to Ms. Dena Zacanti by 11 am November 4.
The Food and Craft registration forms will be accepted on Wed, November 6th 8:30-9:00 am and Thu, November 7th from 7:45-8:20 am in front of the school.
Last day for any changes, including adding or removing someone or changing products is Friday, November 22th.
Products: Products must be homemade, customized, or personalized items only. No off-the-shelf store bought items (like candy bars or soda).
Food items are popular, so there is a lot of competition. Better to make something unique. All food items must be individually wrapped and gloves must be worn for food that is served (e.g. potstickers).
Holiday Faire Guidelines
● Students must sell only homemade, customized, or personalized items.
● No off the shelf store bought items (such as candy bars).
● All food items must be individually wrapped.
● 1 or 2 students per booth. One registration form can be used for two students as long as each student’s parent signs the registration form. Parents are not allowed to sit/sell at a booth during Faire.

Unacceptable items:
● no unwrapped food items ● no paint or glitter on site ● no open flames ● no amplified music ● no commercial items ● no microwaves ● no deep fryers ● no glue guns ● no live animals or fish ● no gum ● no propane stoves ● no tables larger than 3 feet squared ● no electrical booth decorations ● no rental time to use commercial items (ex.
