Lloyd Thacker will be speaking on Turning the Tide: Reshaping the College Admissions Process at 7pm on Sept 29 at MVHS Spartan Theatre.

Don't forget that the first day of school is a late day, starting at 9 a.m.  This first week, be sure to go to home room BEFORE first period.

Under California's new local control funding scheme, all school districts are required to complete a Local Control & Accountability Plan (LCAP) that represents their spending plans on services for students including identified sub groups of students. Each district must engage and involve its constituents (stakeholders) in the development of its LCAP and make a copy of the plan available to the public for review and comment. The LCAP must be adopted by the district's Board of Trustees following a public hearing at the same meeting it adopts its 2016-2017 budget.

Medications will be available for pick up from June 8 (last day of school) to June 14.  Medications can't be stored over the summer.  An adult must pick up the medication.
